  • the game version (in Android Settings, under Apps, Heat Lines, App info)

Purchases

How do I restore my Heat Lines purchases?

Open Settings with the gear button in the village and tap Restore purchases. Remove ads and the Starter pack are restored to any device signed in to the same Google account. Coin packs are used up when bought and can't be restored.

How do I get a refund?

All purchases are handled by Google Play, so refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. You can request one from your Google Play order history. If something you bought didn't arrive, try Restore purchases first, then write to us.

Which ads does the game show?

Some ads are optional: you choose to watch them for a reward, such as extra undos or a free hint. After the early levels, an ad may also appear now and then between levels, never after a lost level. Buying Remove ads or the Starter pack turns off the ads between levels for good. Optional reward ads stay available if you want them.

Your progress

Where is my Heat Lines progress saved?

Your levels, stars, Embers, Coins, boosters, village and settings are saved on your phone only. There are no accounts and no cloud save.

Important: uninstalling the game or clearing its app data deletes your progress, and we can't recover it. Purchases of Remove ads and the Starter pack can be restored, but levels and village progress can't.

Can I move my progress to a new phone?

Not at the moment. Progress stays on the phone where you played.

Privacy

Where the law requires a consent choice, for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Settings shows a Privacy options button that reopens the consent form. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your Android settings.

Which phones can run Heat Lines?

Heat Lines runs on Android phones with Android 7.0 or later. It is designed for portrait play on phones and works offline. Only ads need a connection.

Is there an iPhone version?

Not yet. Heat Lines is coming to Google Play for Android first.
